Tunic is a work made of five components made of metallic grout cast into brass formwork and corrugated steel. Beneath this structure, academic books and vintage pencils emerge, amongst which are Sir Thomas More’s "Utopia", a school textbook titled “Ejercicios y problemas: Geometria” and another titled “Problemas de Resistencia de materiales”) Here we see references to the ancient past (the tunic being a status symbol that hails back to the Roman times) and its stratification with modern ideals and academic thought that shroud our daily lives.
